A straight line meets the coordinates axes at $A$ and $B$ , so that the centroid of the triangle $O A B$ is $(1, 2)$ . Then the equation of the line $A B$ is

$A (a, 0), B (0, b)$
Centroid $= (\frac{a}{3}, \frac{b}{3}) = (1, 2) \Rightarrow a = 3, b = 6$

Equations of $A B$ is $\frac{x}{3} + \frac{y}{6} = 1 \Rightarrow 2 x + y = 16$
