If p=q=r then the system of equations is homogeneous system of equations hence the system is consistent at this system If a=b=c thne the system of equations represents three equations in which left hand sides are equal for all three equations and no right hand side same, so that the system is inconsistent. If a,b,c are distinct and a+b+c is non zero constant  then the system of equations is consistent
