Using property, $\log_{4} (5) = a \Rightarrow 5 = 4^{a}$ ; $\log_{4} (3) = b \Rightarrow 3 = 4^{b}$
$3^{\log_{4} (5)} = 3^{a}$ = ${(4^{a})}^{b} = 4^{a b}$ similarly second term
$\begin{array}{l} 3^{\log_{4} 5} = 5^{\log_{4} 3} \\ ∴ 3^{\log_{4} 5} - 5^{\log_{4} 3} = 0 \end{array}$
