Solution

$At the centre of the loop, B_{1} \propto 3 \times \frac{I}{r} (Field due to AB, BC and CD)$
$B_{2} \propto \frac{3 I}{r} (Field due to AD)$
Clearly, the two fields are equal in magnitude and the opposite in direction.
