Area under a-t graph gives the change in velocity (dV = adt)
$\begin{array}{l} ∴ v_{f} - v_{i} = \frac{1}{2} \times 2 \times 4 = 4 m / s \\ ∴ v_{f} = v_{i} + 4 = 2 + 4 = 6 m / s \end{array}$
