The angular dispersion $θ$ i.e., the angle between the extreme rays of light,
$θ = (δ_{V} - δ_{R})$ where $δ_{V} = (μ_{V} - 1) A$ , $δ_{R} = (μ_{V} - 1) A & A$ is angle of prism.
So if refractive index increases, then $δ$ increases & hence $θ$ increases.
