$\frac{Δ ℓ}{ℓ} = \frac{0.1}{100}$
$y = \frac{F ℓ}{A ∆ l} = \frac{F}{A (\frac{Δ ℓ}{ℓ})} = \frac{10^{3} \times 10^{5}}{10^{- 3}} = 10^{11}$
