Velocity of the automobile 

v = 54× 518 = 15 m/s

ωo = vR = 150.45 = 1003 rad/s

So angular acceleration

   α = ωt = ωf-ωot = -10045 rad/s2

So, torque  = 3×10045 = 6.66kg m2s-2
