Solution

Since the wall is smooth, vertical component of velocity of the ball after the impact remains unchanged and horizontal component of velocity after the impact becomes (e x 10 cos45⁰) m/s.
Now , t_OAP + t_PBO = T
$\large \therefore \frac{4}{10cos45^0}+\frac{4}{e(10.cos45^0)}=\frac{2X10.sin45^0}{10}\\\\\Rightarrow e=2/3$
