Given that time of flight T=6s
$\begin{array}{l} \Rightarrow \frac{2 u}{g} = 6 \\ \Rightarrow 2 u = 6 g = 60 \\ \Rightarrow u = \frac{60}{2} = 30 m / s \end{array}$
