Frictional force acting on the block is

$\begin{array}{l} f_{k} = μ_{k} . m g \\ N o w, f_{k} = m \times a_{B} \\ \Rightarrow μ_{k} . m g = m \times a_{B} \\ \Rightarrow μ_{k} = \frac{a_{B}}{g} = \frac{1}{10} = 0.1 \end{array}$
