Given mass of block  m=4 kgμs=0.8 ; μk=0.5 and g=10 m/s2  Limiting value of static friction is  fL=μSN=0.8×75= 60 N, whereas resultant of forces on the plane of the wall i.e. weight =40 N and F2=30 N is 50 N . Hence friction will adjust its value at  50 N.
