Solution

Velocity of the block gradually increases and finally it becomes constant. $(V_{\max})$ and at that time the entire power output of the machine is used by the block in overcoming the friction.
$\begin{array}{l} ∴ μmg . V_{\max} = P \\ \Rightarrow V_{\max} = \frac{P}{μmg} = \frac{900}{0 .6 \times 15 \times 10} m / s = 10 m s^{- 1} \end{array}$
