$h = \frac{1}{2} \times 9.8 \times 3^{2} = 44.1 R e m h t = 122.51 - 44.1 = 68.4 m t = \sqrt{\frac{2 h}{g}} = \sqrt{\frac{2 \times 68.4}{9.8}} = 4 s$
