Solution

Thermal capacity = ms so when thermal capacity is low, specific heat s should be low. If s is low, from the equation $∆ θ = \frac{Q}{m s}$ , we conclude that a body gets heated or cooled quickly. So statement (A) is right
$τ + r + a = 1$ , for a given $τ$ if 'a' is high, r will be low. Here a = Absorption coefficient, r=reflectivity and $τ$ = transmission coefficient we know, when 'a' is high, 'e' will be high.
So statement (B) is right.
