Total mechanical energy of simple harmonic oscillator is (given m=40 g)
$E= \frac{1}{2} {mω}^{2} A^{2} = \frac{1}{2} {×40×10}^{-3} × {(\frac{2π}{T})}^{2} {({2×10}^{-2})}^{2}$
$⇒E= \frac{1}{2} {×40×10}^{-3} {(\frac{2 \times 3.14}{0.20})}^{2} \times {({2×10}^{-2})}^{2}$
$E = 7 .9 \times 10^{- 3} J$
