Breaking stress (BS) $= \frac{F_{\max}}{A} = \frac{{mω}_{\max}^{2} l}{A} ω = \sqrt{\frac{BS \times A}{ml}} = \sqrt{\frac{4.8 \times 10^{7} \times 10^{- 6}}{10 \times 0.3}} = 4 rad / s .$
