Solution

As, $t = \frac{2 u \sin θ}{g} \Rightarrow 4 = \frac{2 u \sin θ}{g}$ ... (i)
$\Rightarrow u \sin θ = 2 g$
and $h = \frac{u^{2} \sin^{2} θ}{2 g} = \frac{4 g^{2}}{2 g}$ [From Eq.(i)]
$\Rightarrow h = 20 m$
