Solution

$\vec{F_{1}} + \vec{F_{2}} + \vec{F_{3}} = 0$ $\Rightarrow$ $4 \hat{i} + 6 \hat{j} + \vec{F_{3}} = 0$
$∴ \vec{F_{3}} = - 4 \hat{i} - 6 \hat{j}$
