Solution

According to equation, $0 + \frac{a_{1}}{2} (2 \times 5 - 1) = 0 + \frac{a_{1}}{2} (2 \times 3 - 1)$
$\Rightarrow \frac{a_{1}}{a_{2}} = \frac{5}{9}$
