Solution

Given: $\vec{F} = \vec{F} = 6 \hat{i} - 8 \hat{j} N, a = 5 {ms}^{- 2}$
$F = \sqrt{{(6)}^{2} + {(- 8)}^{2}} = 10 N$
Mass of the body, m = $\frac{F}{a} = \frac{10 N}{5 {ms}^{- 2}} = 2 kg$
