\large g \propto \frac{M}{{{R^2}}} \Rightarrow {{g}'} \propto \frac{M}{{7{R^2}}} \times 4
\large {g}'=\frac 47g
Now W = mg and \large {W}'=m{g}'
\large \therefore \frac {{W}'}{W}=\frac {{g}'}{g}=\frac 47
\large \therefore {W}'=\frac 47\times700\;gm-wt
\large =400\;gm-wt
