The coercivity of a small magnet where the Ferro magnet gets demagnetised is $3 \times 10^{3} A / m$ . The current to be passed in a solenoid of length 10cm and no. of turns 100, so that the magnet gets demagnetized when inside the solenoid is

Formula : $H = n i$
H –intensity of magnetic field
n- no. of turns per unit length
$n = \frac{N}{L}$
$i -$ Current
$∴ i = \frac{H (L)}{N} = \frac{3 \times 10^{3} \times 10^{- 1}}{10^{2}}$
$\Rightarrow i = 3 A$
