$e = L \frac{dI}{dt} = 0 \Rightarrow \frac{dI}{dt} = 0 \frac{dI}{dt} = \frac{d}{dt} (t^{2} e^{- t}) = 2 {te}^{- t} + t^{2} (- 1) e^{- t} = 0 \Rightarrow t = 2 s$
