$R = R_{0} A^{1 / 3} \Rightarrow \frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}} = {(\frac{A_{1}}{A_{2}})}^{1 / 3} \Rightarrow \frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}} = {(\frac{8}{64})}^{1 / 3} = \frac{1}{2}$
Since density of all nuclei is same $\frac{ρ_{1}}{ρ_{2}} = \frac{1}{1}$
