We know that $PV = μRT$
Hence,
$P \propto \frac{1}{M}; therefore \frac{P_{1}}{P_{2}} = \frac{M_{2}}{M_{1}} \frac{P_{1}}{P_{2}} = \frac{16}{1} P_{1} : P_{2} = 16 : 1 P_{H_{2}} : P_{O_{2}} = 16 : 1$
