Solution

Current sensitivity $\frac{θ}{i} = \frac{5}{10^{- 3}} = 5000 \frac{div}{A} . ... (i)$
voltage sensitivity $\frac{θ}{V} = 20 \frac{div}{V} . ... (ii)$
$\begin{array}{l} (i) / (ii) we get \frac{θ / i}{θ / V} = \frac{5000}{10} = 250 \\ \Rightarrow \frac{V}{i} = R = 250 Ω \end{array}$
