Solution

The plane in contact with the wheels of the cycle is perpendicular to the inclined plane.Normal reaction of the cyclist lies in this plane. Vertical component of this normal reaction is balanced by the weight of the cyclist and horizontal component provides the necessary centripetal force which is the net unbalanced force .
So Options -(4) is right.
