$I = 2 π^{2} n^{2} a^{2} ρv or I \propto n^{2} a^{2} ∴ \frac{I_{1}}{I_{2}} = {(\frac{n_{1}}{n_{2}} \times \frac{a_{1}}{a_{2}})}^{2} = {(\frac{2}{1} \times \frac{1}{2})}^{2} = 1 or I_{1} : I_{2} = 1 : 1$
