$I = V_{d} . neA \Rightarrow n = \frac{I}{V_{d} eA}$
$∴ \frac{n_{e}}{n_{h}} = (\frac{I_{e}}{I_{h}}) \frac{{(V_{d})}_{h}}{{(V_{d})}_{e}} = \frac{7}{5} \times \frac{5}{8} = \frac{7}{8}$
