Here $p= (1 .0 \times 10^{- 6} C) (0 .02 m) = 2 \times 10^{- 8} Cm$
$∴ τ = (2 \times 10^{- 8}) (1 \cdot 0 \times 10^{5} N / C) = 2 \cdot 0 \times 10^{- 3} N \cdot m$
