$= (\frac{1}{4 π \in_{0}} \times \frac{2 p}{r^{3}}) Q = 9 \times 10^{9} \times \frac{2 \times 3 \times 10^{- 8}}{{(0.1)}^{3}} \times (10 \times 10^{- 6}) N$
$\Rightarrow F = 5.4 N$
