Solution

Speed of the wave, $V = \frac{2 \times 10^{4}}{1 \times 10^{- 4}} m / s = 2 \times 10^{8} m / s$
Now $V = \frac{1}{\sqrt{μ \in}} \Rightarrow μ \in = \frac{1}{V^{2}} = \frac{1}{{(2 \times 10^{8})}^{2}} s^{2} m^{- 2}$
$\Rightarrow μ \in = 25 \times 10^{- 18} s^{2} m^{- 2}$
