$\to - PE . U \propto \frac{1}{n^{2}}; \to + KE \propto \frac{1}{n^{2}} ∴ \frac{- U_{1}}{- U_{2}} = {(\frac{n_{2}}{n_{1}})}^{2}; ∴ \frac{K_{1}}{K_{2}} = {(\frac{n_{2}}{n_{1}})}^{2} ∴ \frac{U}{U^{1}} = {(\frac{1}{2})}^{2} ∴ \frac{K}{K^{1}} = {(\frac{1}{2})}^{2} ∴ U^{1} = 4 U; ∴ K^{1} = 4 K$
