Solution

$Δp \propto \frac{1}{r} \Rightarrow \frac{r^{1}}{r} = \frac{Δp}{{Δp}^{1}} = \frac{Δp}{\frac{2}{3} Δp} = 1.5$
$\Rightarrow r^{1} = 3 mm$
