Solution

From the given graph for a stress of 150 $\times$ 10⁶ N m^-2 the strain is 0.002.
$∴$ Young's modulus Y $= \frac{Stress}{Strain}$
$Y = \frac{150 \times 10^{6}}{0.002} {Nm}^{- 2} = 7.5 \times 10^{10} {Nm}^{- 2}$
