Circuit can be redrawn as follows:
Now, $\frac{25 μF}{5 μF} = \frac{10 μF}{2 μF}$ . Hence
$V_{x} = V_{y}$
$C_{eq} = (\frac{5 \times 25}{5 + 25}) + (\frac{10 \times 2}{10 + 2}) = \frac{35}{6} = \frac{35}{6} μF$
