Solution

Position vector of O w.r.t. point (1, - 1) = $- \hat{i} + \hat{j}$
$\begin{array}{l} Torque = \vec{r} \times \vec{F} \\ = (- \hat{i} + \hat{j}) \times F (- \hat{k}) = - F (\hat{i} + \hat{j}) \end{array}$
