Solution

The given circuit is equivalent to a parallel combination two identical capacitors
Hence equivalent capacitance between $A$ and $B$ is
$C = \frac{\in_{0} A}{d} + \frac{\in_{0} A}{d} = \frac{2 \in_{0} A}{d} .$
