$\begin{array}{l} \frac{I}{I_{g}} = \frac{S + G}{S} \\ \Rightarrow \frac{I_{1}}{I_{2}} = \frac{S_{1} + G}{S_{2} + G} \times \frac{S_{2}}{S_{1}} \\ S_{1} = 12 Ω and \\ S_{2} = \frac{12 \times 6}{12 + 6} = 4 Ω \\ \frac{2 .8}{I_{2}} = \frac{42}{34} \times \frac{4}{12} \\ I_{2} = 6 .8 A \end{array}$
