$V = 20 \times 0 .3 = 6 V$
$\begin{array}{l} I_{2} = \frac{6}{15} = 0 .4 A \\ I = I_{1} + 0 .3 + I_{2} \\ \Rightarrow 0 .8 = I_{1} + 0 .3 + 0 .4 \\ \Rightarrow I_{1} = 0 .1 A; R_{1} = \frac{V}{I_{1}} = \frac{6}{0 .1} = 60 Ω \end{array}$
