$\begin{array}{l} U = - \frac{G M}{R} = - \frac{G . \frac{4}{3} π R^{3} . ρ}{R} = - \frac{4 G}{3} π ρ R^{2} \\ ∴ \frac{U^{'}}{U} = {(\frac{R^{'}}{R})}^{2} = {(\frac{2 R}{R})}^{2} = 4 \\ \Rightarrow U^{'} = 4 U \end{array}$
