Solution

$F_{x} = \frac{Δ P_{x}}{Δ t} = \frac{m v_{2 x} - m v_{1 x}}{Δ t} = \frac{m (v_{2 x} - v_{1 x})}{Δ t}$
$= \frac{(150 \times 10^{- 3}) [30 - (- 15 \sin 30^{o})]}{0.01}$
$= \frac{(150 \times 10^{- 3}) (30 + 7.5)}{0.01} = 562.5 N$
