Solution

v = $\sqrt{2 gh}$
But p = $hρg or \frac{p}{ρ} = gh$
$v = \sqrt{\frac{2 p}{ρ}} = \sqrt{\frac{2 \times 2 \times 10^{5}}{10^{3}}} {ms}^{- 1} = 20 {ms}^{- 1}$
