Solution

By drawing free body diagram of object during the downward motion at extreme position, for equilibrium of mass

$M g - R = m A (h e r e A = A c c e l e r a t i o n)$
For not to detach , R = 0
$\begin{array}{l} \begin{array}{l} m g = m A \\ \Rightarrow m g = m a ω^{2} \end{array} \\ \Rightarrow ω = \sqrt{g / a} = \sqrt{\frac{9.8}{3.92 \times 10^{- 3}}} = 50 \\ \Rightarrow T = \frac{2 π}{ω} = \frac{2 π}{50} = 0.12566 \sec \end{array}$
