Current i $i = \frac{60}{230} = \frac{6}{23} amp$
Let n lamps are used in parallel, then
$\begin{array}{l} n \times \frac{6}{23} \leq 5 or n \leq 19 \cdot 1 \\ ∴ n = 19 \end{array}$
