For oblique projection ,the angle between instantaneous velocity vector and acceleration vector before attaining the maximum height is obtuse and after the maximum height is attained , it is obtuse . At the highest point, it is perpendicular ( $π$ /2).
For vertically upward projection ,initial angle between velocity and acceleration is $π$ and at the end of flight , this angle becomes $0^{0}$ .
