In floating condition
$W = Th \Rightarrow {Vρ}_{ice} g = V_{in} ρ_{sea} g \frac{V_{in}}{V} = \frac{ρ_{ice}}{ρ_{sea}} \Rightarrow \frac{V - V_{0}}{V} = \frac{ρ_{ice}}{ρ_{sea}} \frac{V_{0}}{V} = 1 - \frac{ρ_{ice}}{ρ_{sea}} = 1 - \frac{0.92}{1.03} = 11 %$
