For hour's hand ,

\large \omega = \frac{2\pi}{12X60X60}rad/sec

For seconds hand ,

\large \omega = \frac{2\pi}{60}rad/sec

For fly wheel ,

\large \omega = \frac{2\pi X 300}{60}= 10\pi rad/sec
