$\frac{B_{1}}{B_{2}} = \frac{\cos δ_{1}}{\cos δ_{2}} = \frac{\cos 30}{\cos 45} = \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2} x \frac{\sqrt{2}}{1} = \frac{\sqrt{3}}{\sqrt{2}}$
